Our benefit specialists have the experience, credentials, and extensive training to work with companies of all sizes. We ask the right questions and we listen, which enables us to better understand our clients' needs and what they want to accomplish. Our team of consultants will advise and design customized benefit plans that are consistent with your benefit strategy. We will act as your Human Resource Department or work alongside your current team to control benefit costs and make sure you have the right plans to attract and retain quality employees.

What We Do

01 Initial Meeting

  • Ask questions, listen, and discuss your company's benefit philosophy and strategy
  • Understand your company's goals, objectives, priorities, budgets, and current capabilities
  • Gather information about current employee benefit plans

02 Analyze / Design

  • Review current coverage and contract language
  • Look at other carriers and funding arrangements to make sure benefits are competitively priced
  • Analyze customer service capabilities, compliance strategies, and HR and training resources
  • Make sure benefits are benchmarked and competitively designed within their industry

03 Recommendation / Implementation

  • Will present recommendations that will breakdown coverages, premium analysis, and carrier comparisons
  • Conduct Group Enrollment meetings with employees to explain benefits and employee cost sharing
  • Oversee all underwriting and future compliance requirements
  • Assist in setting up your plan with carriers and introduce on-line administrative capabilities if interested

04 Renewal and Service

  • Will provide daily customer service for billing issues, claim resolution, compliance and HR questions, and answer benefit and coverage questions
  • Will meet annually when your plan renews to review changes and make sure the coverage or plan continues to meet your company's expectations
  • Will provide you access to a Human Resource Compliance and Communication Tool
